Reestenosis post implante de stent coronario metálico convencional
Abstract
Con el objetivo de caracterizar la reestenosis intrastent, se realizó un estudio retrospectivo incluyendo 44 pacientes (45 lesiones) de los 951 tratados en el CIMEQ entre enero de 1998 y abril del 2006. Se consideraron las características clínicas y angiografícas basales, tipo de reestenosis y tiempo de diagnóstico.Se obtuvo una edad media de 55,2 ± 9,7 años, masculinidad de 75,65%, hipertensión 72,7%, tabaquismo 56,8%, uniarteriales 54,5%, angina estable 61,4% y fracción de eyección de 63,5 ±11,3%. El 57,8% de las lesiones se localizaron en descendente anterior y el 53,3% en el tercio medio, predominando las B2 y C (69%). El 55,5% tuvo reestenosis focal, diagnosticándose el 51,1% entre el 3ro y 4to mes. Se concluye la localización en descendente anterior, sexo masculino, diabetes, enfermedad multiarterial, oclusiones totales, stent largos y el diámetro luminal mínimo pequeño, incrementaron el riesgo de reestenosis difusa. La mitad de casos ocurren entre el 3ro y 4to mes.Downloads
