Gestión de enfermería durante la pandemia de COVID-19
Abstract
El surgimiento de la actual pandemia de Covid-19 ha constituido un verdadero desafío para la raza humana a nivel mundial. Nuestro país también ha sido afectado por el letal virus y sin lugar a dudas la actual situación epidemiológica se ha convertido en un reto para el mantenimiento de las distintas esferas del país y en particular para el Sistema Nacional de Salud Pública, que día tras día trata de garantizar una atención de calidad dentro y fuera del país. Múltiples han sido las nuevas misiones asumidas por el Centro de Investigaciones Médico Quirúrgicas, para lo cual ha sido necesario adiestrar a todos los miembros del equipo de salud e implementar protocolos de bioseguridad que minimicen el riesgo de contagio. Los enfermeros han sido un eslabón fundamental en la atención de salud de lospacientes y la gestión de enfermería del centro ha garantizado la eficiente organización y desempeño de sus recursos humanos, manteniendo la calidad de los servicios. El siguiente trabajo tiene como objetivo destacar la importancia de la gestión de enfermería en el Centro de Investigaciones Médico Quirúrgicas, destacando la labor de las supervisoras, durante la pandemia.
