Valor del electrocardiograma en el diagnóstico de la miocardiopatía arritmògenica del ventrículo derecho
Abstract
El diagnostico de displasia arritmogénica del ventrículo derecho (DAVD) ha pasado a formar parte de las posibilidades diagnosticas en todos los pacientes con arritmias ventriculares malignas y muerte súbita. La etiología y patogenia de la DAVD es actualmente desconocida, se postulan varias tesis, tales como: una anomalía del desarrollo embriológico, de origen genético. El caso que se presenta es un ejemplo de la utilidad y de la correcta interpretación del electrocardiograma en un paciente con taquicardia ventricular en el que se corroboro por técnicas de imagen la sospecha diagnostica de DAVD y al cual se le implanto un cardiodesfibrilador automático.
