Cefalea y medicina natural y tradicional

Abstract

La cefalea migrañosa de tipo tensional o de tipo vascular, es una de las causas más frecuentes de consulta médica. En ocasiones son tan frecuentes las crisis, que la ingestión de medicamentos es más continuada, provocando otras alteraciones al organismo. La Medicina Natural y Tradicional es una opción de tratamiento para estos pacientes, el cual puede distanciar las crisis y además tienen pocas reacciones adversas. Se trata de conocer los tratamientos que pueden ser usados en Medicina Natural y Tradicional para la cefalea migrañosa a través de la revisión en varias bases de datos bibliográficas, que nos proporciona la Biblioteca Virtual de Salud, por la Red Telemática de Salud en Cuba INFOMED; entre ellas CUMED, LILACS, SciELO, BIREME. Se utilizaron motores de búsquedas como Google y LIS que es el que permite el enlace de la red cubana con el Internet abierto. Hicimos una compilación sobre los tratamientos más usados en la Medicina Natural y Tradicional para la cefalea. Se hace necesario conocer los posibles tratamientos que se usan en Medicina Natural y Tradicional para la cefalea y así poder darle otra opción a nuestros pacientes.
