Intervención personalizada de enfermería durante el preoperatorio en personas que requieren cirugía cardiovascular

Abstract

Las enfermedades cardiovasculares son la principal causa de muerte en Cuba y el mundo. Muchas de estas enfermedades requieren de cirugía cardiovascular situación que genera ansiedad. Los profesionales de enfermería que laboran en estos servicios de Cirugía Cardiovascular mediante una intervención personalizada de enfermería deben brindar cuidados emocionales logrando un cuidado integral de la persona y la disminución de la ansiedad prequirúgica. El objetivo del trabajo es desarrollar una intervención personalizada de enfermería, durante el preoperatorio dirigida a personas que requieren cirugía cardiovascular. Con la elaboración y puesta en práctica de esta intervención de enfermería enfocada en satisfacer las necesidades psicológicas o emocionales en personas que requieren cirugía cardiaca se podrá contar con un instrumento efectivo y confiable, que disminuirá la ansiedad prequirúgica, el dolor postoperatorio, las complicaciones y por ende la estadía hospitalaria, logrando un ahorro sustancial de recursos humanos, materiales e insumos a la institución y al país.
