Habilidades investigativas en Enfermería en el Centro de Investigaciones Médico Quirúrgicas

Abstract

La investigación científica resulta vital en cualquier profesión, porque desarrolla el conocimiento que guía y apoya la práctica. Los nuevos tiempos exigen profesionales de Enfermería con actitudes innovadoras, una cultura organizativa de cambios dirigidos hacia objetivos y metas específicas, que den soluciones de bajo costo económico y de gran relevancia. En tal sentido, la actualidad del tema está estrechamente relacionada con el desarrollo de las competencias investigativas en profesionales de Enfermería del Centro de Investigaciones Médico Quirúrgicas y la urgencia de solucionar algunos problemas observados. Por la importancia del tema para el desarrollo de la Enfermería como profesión, se realizó una revisión bibliográfica donde se evidenció que, por diversas causas, existe una mayor participación de los enfermeros en investigaciones conjuntas con otros miembros del equipo de salud, que las realizadas de forma independiente, así como la necesidad de aplicar una estrategia educativa para revertir esta situación.
