Tumor glómico gástrico

Abstract

El tumor glómico es una neoplasia benigna con potencial maligno, derivada de células musculares lisas modificadas del cuerpo glómico. Es una enfermedad poco frecuente, localizada fundamentalmente en la dermis y tejido celular subcutáneo. Su presentación en el estómago es infrecuente. Presentamos una paciente femenina de 46 años de edad, que asiste al servicio de urgencia por cuadro de melena y astenia, sin otra sintomatología. En la endoscopia inicial realizada por urgencia, se evidencia lesión ulcerada, en el antro gástrico próxima a la incisura angular con sangrado activo, Forrest 1b, se realiza tratamiento con inyectoterapia y electrocoagulación con argón plasma. En la endoscopia superior evolutiva, se informa, lesión elevada a nivel de antro con vaso visible, concluyéndose como posible tumor de estroma gastrointestinal. Se realiza ultrasonido endoscópico con diagnóstico final de tumor de estroma gastrointestinal del antro gástrico. Se realizó exéresis del tumor. El estudio anátomo-inmuno-histoquímico informó alfa actina de músculo liso positivo, cromogranina negativo. KI- 67 10 %, concluyente de tumor glómico.
