Oclusión intestinal por Linfoma primario de células B (MALT) zona marginal extraganglionar del íleon

Abstract

 

Los linfomas del intestino delgado son linfomas no Hodgkin y por tanto un tumor de estirpe linfoide, que afecta de manera exclusiva o primaria al tubo digestivo. Normalmente son de ubicación única, más frecuentes en pacientes de la raza blanca, sexo masculino,entre 50 y 70 años de edad, relativamente comunes en ciertas áreas geográficas, como Oriente Medio y el norte de África. Su diagnóstico debe seguir los criterios de Dawson, para diferenciarlos de los linfomas ganglionares que invaden el tracto digestivo, de forma secundaria. Con el propósito de informar un caso de linfoma primario de íleon y revisar el estado del arte sobre esta afección, se presenta este reporte de un paciente masculino de 72 años donde el diagnóstico fue confirmado por estudio anatomopatológico e inmunohistoquímico. La resección quirúrgica del íleon tumoral con margen oncológico, fue realizada por cirugía mínimamente invasiva. El diagnóstico final fue linfoma primario de células B (MALT) de la zona marginal extraganglionar de bajo grado y estadio E I.
