Siringomas. Reporte de un caso
Abstract
Los siringomas son neoplasias benignas de origen dérmico, con localización preferentemente en los párpados, aunque a veces toman la cara y en ocasiones tronco y genitales. Si bien se han descrito casos familiares, no parece tener carácter hereditario. La degeneración maligna del siringoma es excepcional. Es una enfermedad poco común por lo que se dificulta su diagnóstico. Presentamos un caso de un paciente masculino, portador de esta condición de la que describimos las características clínicas más importantes, así como el manejo terapéutico.Downloads
