Abstract

Se presenta un caso de tumor amiloideo de localización primaria de la mama, una lesión extraordinariamente rara. Una mujer de 67 años de edad que consultó por un nódulo localizado en la mama derecha. El US y mamografía fue BIRADS III, La PAAF informó sales de calcio en nódulo calcificado.    

La biopsia transoperatoria fue interpretada como negativa y el estudio definitivo confirmó que se trataba de un tumor amiloide de la mama.
