Tumor adenocarcinoide de la ampolla de Vater y enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen
Abstract
Se presenta el caso de un paciente masculino de 45 años de edad, con antecedentes de neurofibromatosis tipo I que acude al servicio de urgencia por presentar íctero, fiebre y pérdida de peso; al examen físico se observa coloración amarilla de piel y mucosas, así como lesiones cutáneas características de su enfermedad, la colangiopancreatografía retrógrada endoscópica muestra una lesión de aspecto tumoral en proyección de la papila duodenal, para lo cual se coloca prótesis biliar, en la biopsia del área tumoral no se precisan células tumorales; la angio-TAC muestra un nódulo de 1.8 cm de diámetro en proyección de la cabeza pancreática. Posterior a la recuperación del paciente se le realiza pancreatoduodenectomía cefálica con el diagnóstico anatomopatológico de tumor adenocarcinoide de la ampolla de Vater. Se describen las características clínicas de esta entidad así como de esta infrecuente localización.Downloads
