Trastorno por déficit de atención: posibles factores de riesgo en los escolares de la enseñanza primaria de un área de salud
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo a través de técnicas cuantitativas en la población infantil del Consejo Popular Colón del municipio Centro Habana. Se aplicó el «Cuestionario de Inatención e Hiperactividad» para detectar trastorno por déficit de atención; resultaron positivos 56 sujetos que constituyeron la muestra, a los que se les aplicó el módulo desórdenes de conducta de la entrevista semiestructurada Kiddie-SADS - Lifetime Versión (K-SADS-PL), que arrojó 31 escolares, que constituyeron el grupo de estudio. Los antecedentes patológicos prenatales en el 74%, los antecedentes patológicos familiares neuropsiquiátricos en el 87% y el electroencefalograma anormal en el 67% pudieran constituir posibles factores de riesgo biológico para el trastorno por déficit de atención en el grupo estudiado.Downloads
