Paths of research in Nursing
Keywords:

Introduction: There are problems that hinder the development of scientific research in Nursing that range from the individual to the levels of institutional management in each country.
Objective: To enrich the knowledge of nursing professionals in relation to scientific research based on clinical practice and care.
Development: The main reasons for the poor scientific production of nursing are found in the lack of preparation in terms of research methodology, the lack of support from managers, considering research activity as something difficult to achieve and not having clarity about the topics of their profession on which nursing personnel can and should research. The action of nurses to improve the health of the population in times of crisis worldwide dates back to the days of Florence Nightingale, who laid the foundations for the professionalization of nursing. Nurses always respond to the call in serious health situations and have been protagonists in several pandemics.
Conclusions: Change in nursing is necessary in all regions, because it allows modifying and enhancing values, it is one of the objectives of the training of these professionals.
