Intervención de enfermería en el cuidado de mujeres con osteoporosis que presentan fracturas óseas

Abstract

El presente artículo muestra una revisión bibliográfica de los últimos 5 años en Cuba y el mundo, sobre el comportamiento en el cuidado del profesional de enfermería, en mujeres con osteoporosis y su complicación más evidente: las fracturas óseas. La profesión de enfermería es idónea, para trasformar o solucionar con su labor, de manera independiente e innovadora, los problemas que se le presenten objetiva y subjetivamente, ahora con sus cuidados centrados en la mujer para mejorar la calidad de vida, frente a la osteoporosis que amenaza por su repercusión mundial.
