Neoplasia sólida pseudopapilar de páncreas
Abstract
Se presenta una paciente femenina de 24 años de edad, que tres meses posterior al parto notó aumento de volumen en hemiabdomen superior, trastornos dispépticos y dolor abdominal con irradiación a la escápula, al examen físico se constata masa tumoral dolorosa en hipocondrio derecho, el ultrasonido abdominal y la angio-TAC confirman un tumor de ocho centímetros de diámetro en la cabeza del páncreas, bien vascularizado con componente mixto así como con zonas de hemorragia, la vena mesentérica se encuentra afinada, se realiza pancreatoduodenectomía cefálica, más resección del colon transverso y a su vez resección de segmento de la vena mesentérica superior. El diagnóstico anatomopatológico fue de un tumor pseudopapilar sólido-quístico de páncreas.
