Abstract

Se realiza reporte de caso de paciente masculino de setenta y cinco años de edad, que recibe diagnóstico en agosto de 2013 de carcinoma renal metastásico. El paciente fue incluido en ensayo clínico. Un candidato vacunal para tumores sólidos con factor de crecimiento del endotelio vascular fue administrado como diana. Se describe la evolución clínica a largo plazo y respuesta inmune a la vacunación luego de veintinueve meses de inmunizaciones cada cuatro semanas. Se discuten los resultados.
