Actinomicosis laríngea. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
La actinomicosis es una enfermedad infecciosa, granulomatosa y supurativa crónica, producida por actinomicetos anaerobios, principalmente el Actinomyces israelii. Las manifestaciones clínicas son muy diversas, simulando distintas patologías, incluso algunas de tipo maligno. Es una enfermedad poco común por lo que se dificulta su diagnóstico. Se presenta una paciente de 60 años con antecedentes de neoplasia laríngea que hace 14 años recibió radioterapia. Acude a consulta con disnea requiriendo traqueotomía de urgencia, se constata imagen de aspecto tumoral y parálisis bilateral de las cuerdas vocales, se toma biopsia que informa actinomicosis laríngea. Se expone su tratamiento y evolución.Downloads
