Tumor glómico subungueal. Presentación de un caso

Abstract

Se presenta un caso en el cual se realizó el diagnóstico de un tumor glómico del tercer dedo de la mano derecha en un paciente masculino de 49 años de edad. Se explica el proceder quirúrgico realizado y el resultado de la biopsia. Se incluye la revisión del tema y llama la atención que este tipo de tumor en una localización tan característica como el lecho ungueal de los dedos de la mano es mucho más frecuente en el sexo femenino.
